OATC was established in 1998 as part of Omni Group, a leading Portuguese aviation group and has become one of the leading aviation training organizations in Portugal. It's headquartered at Cascais Airport, a business aviation and general aviation airport located 20kms from Lisbon where it offers Theoretical and practical training. Also operates flight training locations in Ponte de Sor and Évora aerodromes.
